Dr Daniel Yip is the Managing Director of G.E.W. International Corporation Limited (G.E.W.). With over 30 years of experience in home appliance design and manufacturing, he has successfully led the company to transform from an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) to an Original Brand Manufacturer (OBM). He further upgraded G.E.W. from majoring in home appliances to the research and development and manufacturing of commercial appliances, which won the “Hong Kong Awards for Industries: Upgrading and Transformation” in 2018. Over the years, he has been maintaining close ties with local universities to jointly develop new technologies applicable on new products, making remarkable contributions to the promotion of cooperation between the government, industry, academia and research institutes.
In 1999, he received the Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong.

Dr Toa Charm has been in innovation and technology industry for more than 30 years. He held senior management positions in Cyberport, HSBC, IBM, Oracle, Kingdee and Jardine. Dr Charm specialises in AI/Big Data, FinTech, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Digital Strategy and Transformation. While Dr Charm was the Chief Public Mission Officer of Cyberport, he cultivated and managed a world-leading digital tech ecosystem with 1,200+ digital companies from 30+ countries where at least 3 are unicorns.
Currently, Dr Charm is an associate professor in CUHK Business School where he cultivates digital leaders and advises them on digital strategy and transformation. He is also the Chairman and Principal Advisors of a few elite AI/Big Data, FinTech and eCommerce start-ups in Asia. Dr Charm is the advisory board member of a few public, commercial and academic associations in the Greater Bay and SE Asia. In 2019, Dr Charm received the College of Business Distinguished Alumni Award from the City University of Hong Kong.
Daniel Chan is the Head of Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Hong Kong for The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
With more than 20 years of banking experience, Mr Chan has a career spanning across sales and marketing, commercial lending, product management, business strategy and organisational development within banking. In the past decade, he has held senior management positions within HSBC in both Singapore and Hong Kong, leading the business through periods of change to achieve sustainable growth.
In his current role, Mr Chan actively drives initiatives that support and empower entrepreneurs through digital and innovative solutions, ecosystem partnerships and connections to new business opportunities. He has led the digital transformation journey for Business Banking in recent years, delivering a customer-centric, simpler, faster and better digital banking experience to startups and SMEs in Hong Kong. Under his leadership, HSBC Business Banking also takes an active role in the business community, listening to the voices of entrepreneurs and co-creating solutions that meet their needs.
Bryant Chan is the President of Wynnewood Corp. Ltd., an original equipment and design manufacturer (OEM & ODM) of plastic and electronic consumer and industrial products. Mr Chan is actively involved with the Hong Kong toys industry being the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Toys Council under FHKI, and Vice President of The Toys Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong. In addition, Mr Chan is also the Honorary Chairman of the Young Executive Council under FHKI, and a member of the International Affairs Committee under FHKI. Mr Chan is an awardee of the Young Industrialist Award in 2018.
